1. Acceptance
By purchasing or using VRAUUU services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Services
VRAUUU provides performance marketing services for local service businesses, including (depending on the plan) ad campaign management, landing page hosting, lead routing, and reporting. Specific deliverables are defined in your selected plan (Quick Start, Engine, or Elite).
3. Payment
Plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions (Engine, Elite) renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled. One-time fees (Quick Start) are non-refundable except as required by law. Ad spend is paid directly by you to Google, Meta, or other ad platforms and is not included in our management fee.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel any subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds for partial months.
5. Booked-appointment guarantee (Engine)
If during the first 30 days of an active Engine plan we do not deliver any booked appointments, we will continue working at no additional management fee until we do. Requires reasonable ad spend, working contact info, and timely client cooperation. Guarantee does not apply if you pause ads, change targeting against our advice, or fail to respond to leads within 24 hours.
6. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, complying with all laws applicable to your business, owning the assets (images, copy, trademarks) you provide to us, and responding to leads in a timely manner.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your brand assets and content. We retain ownership of our methodologies, templates, and reporting frameworks. Landing pages built for you under an active subscription are licensed to you for the duration of the subscription.
8. Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes — results depend on market conditions, your offer, pricing, and operational execution. Case studies on our site are illustrative and not promises.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the management fees paid by you in the three months immediately preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
